Ingredients:
-Aalo (Potatoes) 2 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomato) 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ¼ tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) to taste
-Doodh (Milk) 1-2 tbs
-Cheese slice as required
-Tomato ketchup
-Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1
Directions:
-Peel potatoes with the help of peeler then cut into small cubes & set aside.
-Chop onion & set aside.
-Deseed tomatoes,chop & set aside.
-Slice green chillies & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil & potatoes,salt,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,mix well & fry until golden (5-6 minutes) & set aside.
-In the same frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add green chillies,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add tomato and mix well,cover & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add eggs one by one,mix well & cook for 2 minutes & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs,salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder & whisk well.
-Add milk,whisk well & set aside.
-Grease flat griddle with cooking oil,pour whisked egg,spread evenly & cook on low flame until done (1-2 minutes).
-Now transfer the omelette to a clean working surface,add & spread prepared egg mixture in center,place cheese slice,drizzle tomato ketchup and add fried potatoes.
-Fold all the sides to make a square box and apply egg white in between.
-Heat griddle,place egg box patty,toast from all sides & serve with tea!

-Pyaz ko chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Tamatar ko deseed ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Hari mirch ko slices ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil,aalo,namak,lal mirch powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (5-6 minutes) & & side per rakh dein.
-Us he frying pan mein pyaz dal dein aur translucent huany tak sauté ker lein.
-Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Namak,lal mirch powder,haldi powder aur dhania powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka 2 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anday,namak,kali mirch powder aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Doodh dal ker dubara whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Flat taway ko cooking oil sa grease ker lein,whisked anday dal ker evenly pheela lein aur halki ancch per paka lein (1-2 minutes).
-Ab clean working surface per rakh dein,tayyar egg mixture ko center mein dal ker pheela lein,cheese slice rakh dein,tomato ketchup aur fried aalo dal dein.
-Tamam sides ko fold ker ka square box bana lein aur bech bech mein anday ki safedi laga lein.
-Tawa garam karein,egg box patty rakh dein aur tamam sides sa toast ker lein aur chai ka saath serve karein!
