Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 500g
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp
-Mixed herbs 1 tsp
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
Prepare Dough:
-Warm water ¾ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Anda (Egg) whisked
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Safed til (Sesame seeds)
-Makhan (Butter) melted
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté until onions are translucent.
-Add chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add cumin seeds,black pepper powder,salt,red chilli crushed,mixed herbs,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add chicken powder & mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add soy sauce,tomato ketchup & mix well.
-Add milk,mix well & cook until it dries up (3-4 minutes).
-Add cheddar cheese,fresh coriander & mix well until cheese melts.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add cooking oil,egg & mix well.
-Gradually add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well with the help of wooden spoon.
-Add remaining flour & mix until well combined.
-Sprinkle dry flour & knead until dough is formed (3-4 minutes).
-Add cooking oil & knead dough again.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth.
-Divide the dough into two equal parts,take one portion,make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with help of rolling pin.
-Make slits/cuts with the help of knife on both of the longer sides.
-Add chicken filling & mozzarella cheese.
-Start bringing the topmost slit ends across from each other alternately.
-Keep going, remember to alternate, left to right...right to left.
-Place the braided bread on a baking tray dusted with dry flour.
-With the help of the brush,apply egg on braided bread,sprinkle red chilli crushed & sesame seeds (makes 2 large or 3 medium breads).
Option # 1: Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
-After baking,apply melted butter,cover with kitchen cloth & let it rest for 10 minutes.
Option # 2: Air fry
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 170C for 10-12 minutes.
Option # 3: Pot Baking
-In a pot,place steam stand/wire rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 10 minutes.
-Place braided bread & bake in pot on medium flame for 18 minutes.
-After pot baking,apply melted butter,cover with kitchen cloth & let it rest for 10 minutes.

-Chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Soy sauce & tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sukh jay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
-Cheddar cheese aur hara dhania dal dein aur cheese melt ho jay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Dough:
-Bowl mein neem garam pani,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minutes proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
-Cooking oil aur anda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka maida shamil karein aur wooden spoon ki madad sa ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Baqi maida dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Maida chirak dein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein (3-4 minutes).
-Cooking oil dal ker dubara ghond lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker 1-hour garam jagha proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Dough ko 2 equal parts mein divide ker lein,ek portion lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Dough ki dono sides per knife ki madad sa slits/cuts laga lein.
-Chicken filling & mozzarella cheese dal dein.
-Braid ki tarhan overlap kertay hoye bread ka cuts ko alternately bund kertay jayein.
-Braided bread ko dusted baking tray per rakh dein.
-Brush ki madad sa braided bread per anda laga lein,lal mirch crushed aur safed til chirak lein (makes 2 large or 3 medium breads).
Option # 1: Baking
