Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Boneless chicken cubes 400g
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 12-15
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 5-6 cloves
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Pyaz (Onion) grated & squeezed 2 small
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Cream 2-3 tbs
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Cheddar cheese 2-3 tbs
-Mozzarella cheese 2 tbs
Prepare Dough:
-Safed atta (White flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Sugar powdered 1 & ½ tbs
-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted 3 tbs
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted 1 tsp
-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted as required
-Cheddar cheese slice 1
-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted 1 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a chopper,add chicken & chop well.
-Add green chillies,garlic,fresh coriander,chop well & transfer to a bowl.
-Add onion,coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,salt,black pepper powder,cream,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add white flour,salt,sugar & mix well.
-Add clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
-Knead dough until smooth,grease with ghee & knead again.
-With the help of greased hands,take a small dough (120g) & make a ball.
-Grease dough balls with ghee,cover & let them rest for 15 minutes.
-Grease working surface with desi ghee,place dough ball & spread with the help of greased hands.
-Add prepared chicken filling (100g),place cheddar cheese slice,fold all sides & gently press to spread it.
-Heat griddle,place paratha,add clarified butter & fry from both sides until golden brown (makes 6).
-Cut into pieces & serve with raita!

-Bowl mein safed atta,namak aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Desi ghee dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Desi ghee sa grease karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein,desi ghee sa grease karein aur dubara ghond lein.
-Greased haathon ki madad sa chota dough lein (120g) aur ball bana lein.
-Dough balls ko ghee sa grease karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Workings surface ko desi ghee sa grease karein,dough ball rakh dein aur greased haathon ki madad sa pheela lein.
-Chicken filling (100g) aur cheddar cheese slice dal ker tamam sides ko fold ker lein aur gently press ker ka pheela lein.
-Tawa garam karein,paratha rakh dein aur dono sides sa golden brown ho janay tak desi ghee mein fry ker lein (makes 6).
-Pieces mein cut lein aur raita ka saath serve karein!
