On a cutting board,place fresh sweet corns,cut into half and remove corn kernels with the help of knife (Corn kernels should be approx. 1 Cup).
In grinder,add corn kernals,grind coarsely & set aside.
In a pot,add ghee & let it melt.
Add coarsely ground corn kernels,mix well & cook on low flame until fragrant (4-5 minutes).
Turn off the flame,gradually add milk & whisk well,add remaining milk,turn on the flame,bring it to boil & cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes and keep mixing in between.
Add sugar,mix well & cook until desired consistency (4-5 minutes).
Add cardamom powder & mix well.
Add pistachios,almonds,raisins & mix well.
Garnish with almonds,corn kernels,pistachios & serve chilled!

Coarsely ground corn kernels dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per khushbu anay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
Chulha bund ker dein,thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein,baqi doodh bhi dal dein aur chulha on karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur desired consistency anay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pista,badam aur kishmish dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Badam,corn kernels aur pista sa garnish ker lein & thanda serve karein!
