Ingredients:
- Oil ¼ Cup
- Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2
- Laung (Cloves) 4
- Sabut kali mirch (Black pepper corns) 5-6
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp
- Pani (Water) ¼ Cup
- Beef mix boti ½ kg
- Pani (Water) 2 Cups or as required
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Bhindi (Ladyfinger) ½ kg
- Pani (Water) ¾ Cup or as required
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
- Hara dhania (Green coriander) chopped 1 tbs
Directions:
In pot,add oil,bay leaves,cloves,black pepper corns,black cardamom,cumin seeds,onion and fry until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add turmeric powder,red chili powder,coriander powder and water,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
Add beef mix boti,water and mix well.
Add salt and mix,bring it to boil,cover and cook on medium flame until meat is tender (approx. 1 hour).
Add ladyfinger and mix well.
Add water and mix,cover and cook on medium low flame for 15 minutes.
Add lemon juice,garam masala powder,green coriander & serve.

Pot mein oil,tez paat,laung,sabut kali mirch,badi elaichi,zeera aur pyaz dal ker golden brown fry ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Haldee powder,lal mirch powder,dhania powder aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Beef mix boti aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak dal ker mix karein,ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur ghost gul janay tak darmiyani ancch per paka lein (approx. 1 hour).
Bhindi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani shamil karein aur dhak ker halki darmiyani ancch per 15 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lemon juice,garam masala powder aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
