Ingredients:
- Pani (Water) as required
- Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp
- Aloo (Potatoes) cubes 1 Cup
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Chaat masala ½ tbs
- Amchor powder (Dried mango powder) ½ tbs
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup
- Cooking oil ¼ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Kari pata (Curry leaves) 10-15
- Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 3 Cups
- Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes 1 Cup
- Tamatar (Tomato) chopped & deseeded ½ Cup
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 1-2
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Assembling:
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked
- Sev nimco
- Anar (Pomegranate seeds)
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
Directions:
In saucepan,add water and heat it.
Add yellow food color,potatoes,mix well and boil until potatoes are tender (approx. 15-18 minutes) then drain & set aside.
In bowl,add red chili powder,red chili crushed,cumin seeds,salt,chaat masala,dried mango powder, lemon juice,water,mix well & set aside.
In wok,add cooking oil,onion and fry until light golden.
Add curry leaves and mix.
Add prepared spice mixture and bring it to boil,add boiled chickpeas and mix well.
Add potatoes,tomato,green chili,fresh coriander and mix well.
Assembling:
In serving dish,add chanay,yogurt,sev nimco,pomegranate seeds,fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
Saucepan mein pani dal ker garam karein.
Zarda ka rang aur aloo dal ker mix karein aur aloo naram hunay tak boil ker lein (approx. 15-18 minutes) phir drain ker ka side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein lal mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,zeera,namak,chaat masala,amchor powder,lemon juice aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Curry pata dal ker mix karein.
Tayyar spice mixture dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein,boiled chanay dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Aloo,tamatar,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling:
Serving dish mein chanay,dahi,sev nimco,anar aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
