Ingredients:
-Beef qeema (Mince) 300g with 20% fat
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1
-Har dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese 1-2 slices
-Bread slice large
-Mayonnaise
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required
Directions:
-In a bowl,add beef mince,garlic powder,red chilli crushed,salt,black pepper crushed,egg yolk,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Take 120g of mixture & make a ball.
-On a butter paper,place mince ball,place another butter paper over it & press with heavy weight to make a flat patty.
-On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,beef patty,remove butter paper & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes each side (makes 3).
-Cut cheddar cheese slices into triangles & set aside.
-On a large bread slice,add & spread mayonnaise & place on cast iron pan (mayonnaise side down).
-Add cheddar cheese slice with triangles,mozzarella cheese,beef patty,cheddar cheese 1 slice & mozzarella cheese.
-Spread mayonnaise on another bread slice & flip it to make a sandwich (mayonnaise side up),cover & grill on low flame until cheese melts (1-2 minutes each side).
-Cut into slices & serve!

-Mixture ki 120g quantity lein aur ball bana lein.
-Butter paper per rakh dein aur upper sa ek aur butter paper rakh ker heavy weight rakh dein aur press ker ka flat patty tayyar ker lein.
-Cast iron pan mein cooking oil aur beef patty dein dein,butter paper ko remove ker lein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein (makes 3).
-Cheddar cheese slices ko triangles mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Large bread slice per mayonnaise laga lein aur cast iron pan mein rakh dein (mayonnaise side down).
-Cheddar cheese slice & triangles,mozzarella cheese,beef patty,cheddar cheese 1 slice & mozzarella cheese rakh dein.
-Dosray bread slice per mayonnaise laga lein aur flip ker ka sandwich tayyar ker lein (mayonnaise side up),dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak grill ker lein (1-2 minutes each side).
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
