In bowl,gram flour,ghee,milk and mix well.
With the help of the sifter,sift the whole gram flour mixture & set aside.
In frying pan,add ghee and let it melt.
Add green cardamom crushed and mix.
Now add sifted gram flour mixture and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes or until color changes and mix continuously.
Add khao,mix well & set aside.
In saucepan,add sugar,water and cook until syrup thickens (2 strands consistency).
Now pour the prepared sugar syrup (sheera) in cooked gram flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Grease baking tray with oil and pour prepared mixture in greased baking tray and spread evenly.
Garnish with pistachio and almonds.
Let it cool for 2 hours or until set.
Cut into desired sizes & serve.

Ab sifted besan ka mixture ko dal dein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes or rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
Khoa dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Saucepan mein cheeni aur pani dal dein aur sheera garha hunay tak paka lein (2 strands consistency).
Ab tayyar sheera ko cooked besan ka mixture mein dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Baking tray ko oil sa grease ker lein aur tayyar mixture ko dal ker pheela lein.
Pista aur badam sa garnish karein.
2 hours ya set ho janay tak thanda ker lein.
Desired shapes mein cut ker ka serve karein.
