Ingredients:
- Baisan (Gram flour) 1 Cup
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
- Oil 1 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chili) Chopped
- Hara dhania (Coriander) Chopped
- Oil ¼ Cup
- Meethi dana (Fenugreek seeds) ½ tsp
- Onion paste (Pyaz) pissi hoye 1 medium
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
- Fried pyaz (Fried onion) Crushed 1 tbs
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 1-2
- Hara dhania (Coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
Directions:
In bowl,add gram flour,red chili powder,turmeric powder,whole spice powder,chaat masala,salt,water and mix well.
Add oil,mix well and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
By using non-stick pan,pour batter,sprinkle green chili and coriander,fold and press,cook until light brown and set aside.
Now cut all the altay paltay in desired shape with knife.
In wok,add oil,meethi dana,onion paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste,salt,coriander powder,red chili powder and turmeric powder,sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add yogurt,mix well until water is evaporated.
Add fried onion,water and mix well.
Now add altay paltay,green chilies,coriander,whole spice powder,cover and simmer for 1-2minutes.
Ajza:

Directions:
Bowl mein baisan,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,garam masala powder,chaat masala,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Oil dal ker mix ker lein aur 15-20 minute kliya side per rakh dein.
Non-stick pan mein batter dal ker upper sa hari mirch,hara dhania dal dein,fold ker ka press ker lein,light brown hunay tak paka lein aur side per rakh dein.
Ab altay paltay ko knife ki madad sa desired shape mein cut ker lein.
Karhai mein oil,meethi dana aur pyaz ka paste dal ker 1-2 minute kliya fry ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste,namak,dhania powder,lal mirch powder aur haldee powder dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya sauté ker lein.
Dahi shamil karein aur pani sukh janay tak paka lein.
Fried pyaz aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab is mein altay paltay,hari mirch,hara dhania aur garam masala powder dal ker dhak dein aur 1-2 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
