In saucepan,add sugar and water,mix well and cook until syrup thickens.
Add cardamom powder,mix well and set aside.
In pot,add ghee and let it melt,add gram flour and semolina,mix well and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes and mix well continuously.
Add khoa and mix well.
Turn off the flame,add prepared sheera and mix well.
Add pistachio & almonds,mix well and serve.

Pot mein ghee dal ker melt karein,baisan aur sooji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
Khoa dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur tayyar sheera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pista & badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & serve karein.
