Ingredients:
Prepare Lemon Garlic Fried Rice:
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
- Chawal (Rice) 2 & ½ Cups (boiled with salt)
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lemon zest 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Fresh parsley chopped 2-3 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped ½ Cup
- Fresh parsley
Prepare Beijing Beef:
- Boneless beef undercut (cut in thin strips) 400g
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Anday (Eggs) 1-2
- Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
- Cornflour ¼ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
- Sugar 2 & ½ tbs
- Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
- Chilli sauce 2 tbs
- Hoisin sauce 1-2 tbs Substitute: Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 2 & ½ tbs
- Water ¼ Cup
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 Cup
- Red bell pepper cubes 1 Cup
- Cornflour 2 tsp
- Water 4-5 tbs
- Safed til (Sesame seeds)
Directions:
Prepare Lemon Garlic Fried Rice:
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,mix well & fry until light golden.
Add boiled rice & mix well.
Add black pepper powder,salt,lemon zest,lemon juice,soy sauce & mix well.
Add fresh parsley,spring onion & give it a good mix.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Prepare Beijing Beef:
In a bowl,add beef,salt,black pepper powder,vinegar,soy sauce & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
In a dish,add eggs & whisk well.
In another dish,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,salt & mix well.
Now dip marinated beef strips in whisked eggs then coat with dry flour mixture.
In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium low flame until golden brown & set aside.
In a bowl,add sugar,tomato ketchup,chilli sauce,hoisin sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,water,whisk well & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
Add onion,red bell pepper & mix well.
Now add prepared sauce & mix well.
Add fried beef,mix well & cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
In cornflour,add water,mix well,add it in a wok & stir fry for a minute.
Add sesame seeds.
Serve Beijing beef with lemon garlic fried rice!

Dosray dish mein maida,cornflour aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab marinated beef strips ko pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein phir dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein.
Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein cheeni,tomato ketchup,chilli sauce,hoisin sauce,soy sauce,sirka aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pyaz & red bell pepper dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab tayyar sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Fried beef dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur karahi mein dal ker ek minute kliya stir fry ker lein.
Safed til dal dein.
