Ingredients:

Prepare Beef Steak:

  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
  • Lemon juice 1 tbs
  • Soy sauce 2 tbs
  • Olive oil 1 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
  • Onion powder 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
  • Fresh thyme 2 small stems
  • Fresh rosemary 8-10 leaves
  • Beef steak Ribeye 2 pieces (350g) Substitute: Sirloin, tenderloin or T-bone
  • Makhan (Butter) 3-4 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 1 tbs
  • Fresh thyme 1-2 stem
  • Fresh rosemary 8-10 leaves
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
  • Namak (Salt) to taste

Prepare Sauteed Spinach:

  • Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 1 tbs
  • Palak (Baby spinach) leaves 100g
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
  • Namak (Salt) to taste

Prepare Mashed Potato:

  • Aalo (Potatoes) cubes & boiled ½ kg
  • Makhan (Butter) 4-5 tbs
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
  • Doodh (Milk) hot ¼ Cup
  • Makhan (Butter)
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Directions:

Prepare Beef Steak:

In a bowl,add worcestershire sauce,lemon juice,soy sauce,olive oil,garlic,onion powder,salt,black pepper crushed & mix well.

Add fresh thyme,fresh rosemary & mix well.

Add beef steaks & mix well,cover with cling film & marinate for 30 minutes.

On a cast iron pan,add butter & let it melt.

Add marinated steak & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add garlic,fresh thyme,fresh rosemary and fry until light golden and basting beef steak with oil.

On beef steak,add salt & black pepper crushed,flip the side & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes and basting beef steak with oil.

Prepare Sauteed Spinach:

In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.

Add garlic & fry until light golden.

Add baby spinach leaves,mix well & sauté until spinach is wilted (2-3 minutes).

Add black pepper crushed,salt,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Mashed Potato:

In a bowl,add boiled potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.

Add butter,black pepper crushed,salt,garlic powder & mix well.

Add hot milk & mix well.

On a serving plate,place beef steak,mashed potato topped with butter & fresh parsley,add sauteed spinach & serve with 7up!
