Ingredients:
- Beef tenderloin/undercut ½ kg (cut in strips)
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Caster sugar 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 3 tbs
- Worcestershire sauce 3 tbs
- Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp
- Rafhan corn oil 1-2 tbs
- Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced ½ cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ cup
- Hari pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Rafhan corn oil 2 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Rafhan corn oil 1 tbs
- Hari pyaz (Green onion) white part chopped 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Chawal (Rice) boiled 1 Cup
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
Directions:
In a bowl,add beef strips,garlic powder,onion powder,caster sugar,salt,black pepper crushed,soy sauce, worcestershire sauce,sesame oil and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
In frying pan,add corn oil,carrot,onion,capsicum,green onion leaves and stir fry for a minute.
Add salt and black pepper crushed,mix well & set aside.
In the same pan,add corn oil and fry marinated beef from all sides until done (approx. 8-10 minutes), cover in between and reserve remaining marinade for later use.
In a same frying pan,add butter and let it melt.
Add garlic and mix well.
Add reserved marinade and cook for a minute & set aside.
In a wok,add corn oil,green onion white part,garlic and mix well.
Add boiled rice and mix well.
Add soy sauce,sesame oil,salt,black pepper crushed and mix well and cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
In serving dish,add cooked rice,stir fried vegetables,fried beef strips and drizzle prepared sauce and serve!

Bowl mein beef strips,lehsan powder,onion powder,bareek cheeni,namak,kali mirch crushed,soy sauce, worcestershire sauce aur til ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Frying pan mein corn oil,gajar,pyaz,shimla mirch aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ek minute kliya stir fry ker lein.
Namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Us he frying pan mein corn oil aur marinated beef dal ker tamam sides sa fry ker lein (approx. 8-10 minutes),bech mein cover ker lein aur remaining marinade ko bad mein use kernay kliay reserve ker lein.
Us he frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Reserved marinade dal ker ek minute kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein corn oil,hara pyaz white part aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Boiled chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Soy sauce,til ka tel,namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Serving dish mein cooked rice,stir fried vegetables,fried beef strips aur tayyar sauce drizzle ker ka serve karein!
