- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp lor to taste
- Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
- Laung (Cloves) 3-4
- Javitri (Mace) 1 blade
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2
- Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs
- Badam (Almonds) blanched 12-15
- Pakola Full Cream Milk 1/3 Cup
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 4-5
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 7-8
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Pakola Full Cream Milk 1 Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2
- Cheddar cheese grated 3-4 tbs
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1-2

Directions:
In a bowl,add beef,yogurt,raw papaya paste,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,coriander seeds,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,salt and mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
In spice mixer,add bay leaves,green cardamom,cloves,mace,black cardamom,desiccated coconut, almonds and grind well.
Add milk,grind well to make a paste & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt.
Add garlic,green chillies,black peppercorns,cumin seeds and mix well.
Add onion,mix well and sauté until translucent.
Now add marinated beef and mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Add ground paste,mix well and bring it to boil.
Add fresh coriander and mix well,cover and cook on medium flame until tender (approx. 1 hour).
Add cheddar cheese and mix well.
Add garam masala powder,green chilli,ginger,fresh coriander & mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander,green chilli,lemon slices & serve!

Directions:
Bowl mein beef,dahi,kacha papita paste,adrak lehsan paste,lemon juice,sabut dhania,kali mirch powder,haldi powder,zeera,lal mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dahk ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
Spice mixer mein tez patta,hari elaichi,laung,javitri,badi elaichi,khopra aur badam dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
Doodh dal dein aur ache tarhan grind ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & side pr rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan,hari mirch,sabut kali mirch aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Ab marinated beef dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Ground paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Hara dhania dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 1 hour).
