Ingredients:
For Baisan Curry:
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
- Baisan (Gram flour) 1 Cup
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 5-6
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
- Coconut milk powder 50g
- Water 1 & ½ Cup
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Kary patta (Curry leaves) 10-12
- Water 1 litre
- Ghee 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
For Beef Curry:
- Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
- Tandoori masala 1 tbs
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Tomato puree 2 tbs
- Beef undercut (small cubes) ½ kg
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Laung (Cloves) 3-4
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
- Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1
- Water 1 Cup or as required
Assembling:
- Spaghetti 1 Packet (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
- Papri
- Slim chips
- Anda (Egg) boiled
- Lehsan (Garlic) fried
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) fried
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
For Baisan Curry:
In a blender,add yogurt,gram flour,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,ginger,garlic,green chillies,coconut milk powder,water & blend until well combined & set aside.
In a pot,add cooking oil,curry leaves and mix well.
Add blended gram flour mixture,water and mix well.
Add ghee,mix continuously and bring it to boil,cover partially & cook on low flame for 35-40 minutes.
Turn off the flame,add salt,mix well & set aside.
For Beef Curry:
In a bowl,add yogurt,tandoori masala,coriander powder,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,tomato puree & mix well.
Add beef and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a wok,add cooking oil,cloves,black cardamom,cinnamon stick,cumin seeds and mix well.
Add onion and mix well.
Add green chillies & sauté until translucent.
Now add marinated beef,mix well and cook until oil separates (approx. 15-20 minutes).
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes & set aside.
Assembling:
In a serving bowl,add boiled spaghetti,gram flour curry,beef curry,papri,slim chips,boiled egg,fried garlic,fried green chilli,red chilli crushed,fresh coriander & serve!

Pot mein cooking oil aur kary patta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Blended baisan mixture aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ghee dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur ubal anay ka bad partially dhak dein aur halki ancch per 35-40 minutes kliya paka lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
For Beef Curry:
Bowl mein dahi,tandoori masala,dhania powder,namak,haldee powder,lal mirch powder,adrak lehsan paste aur tomato puree dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Beef dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil,laung,badi elaichi,darchini aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hari mirch dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
Ab marinated beef dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein (approx. 15-20 minutes).
Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Serving bowl mein boiled spaghetti,baisan curry,beef curry,papri,slim chips,boiled anda,fried lehsan, fried hari mirch,lal mirch crushed aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
