Ingredients:
Prepare Shawarma Garlic Mayo Sauce:
- Doodh (Milk) 1/3 Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Safed til (Sesame seeds) roasted 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Mayonnaise 1 Cup
- repare Shawarma Hot Sauce:
- Water 1 & ½ Cup
- Tamatar (Tomato) peeled 3 medium
- Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 10-12
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 2-3 cloves
Prepare Shawarma Beef Kababs:
- Beef boneless ½ kg
- Hot sauce 1 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Adrak powder (Ginger powder) 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
Prepare Vegetables:
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) sliced 1 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Pita bread 4 or as required
Assembling:
- Prepared salad
- Prepared shawarma hot sauce
- Fried Beef slices
- Kheera (Cucumber) slices
- Prepared salad
- Prepared shawarma garlic mayo sauce
- Prepared shawarma hot sauce
Directions:
Prepare Shawarma Garlic Mayo Sauce:
In a blender jar,add milk,garlic,dried oregano,salt,black pepper powder,sesame seeds,lemon juice & blend well.
Add mayonnaise & blend again.Shawarma Garlic Mayo sauce is ready!
Prepare Shawarma Hot Sauce:
In a saucepan,add water,tomatoes,button red chillies,cumin seeds,salt and garlic,bring it to boil and cook for 2-3 minutes then cover & cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes) then blend until sauce is smooth with the help of the blender and cook on high flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
Let it cool.Shawarma red hot sauce is ready!
Prepare Beef Shawarma Kababs:
In a chopper,add beef boneless,hot sauce,vinegar,lemon juice,red chilli powder,black pepper crushed, coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,salt,tikka masala,garlic powder,ginger powder & chop until well combined.
On working surface,place cling film,add beef mince mixture and roll it tightly to make a log and freeze until firm (6-8 hours or overnight).
Can be stored in freezer for up to 2 months.
Take out from freezer,remove cling film & cut into thin slices with the help of knife.
In frying pan,add cooking oil & fry kabab slices until golden brown.
Now cut slices in two halves & set aside.
Prepare Vegetables:
On griddle,add cooking oil,onion,cabbage,capsicum,black pepper crushed,salt & stir fry for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
Heat griddle & toast pita bread from both sides until golden.
Assembling:
Cut pita bread in 2 halves and make a pocket in it.
In pita bread,add vegetables,prepared shawarma hot sauce,shwarma beef kabab,cucumber slices, vegetables,prepared shawarma garlic mayo sauce and shawarma hot sauce (makes 6-8) & serve!

Blender jar mein doodh,lehsan,dried oregano,namak,kali mirch powder,safed til aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
Mayonnaise dal ker dubara ache tarhan blend karein.Shawarma garlic mayo sauce tayyar hai!
Prepare Shawarma Hot Sauce:
Saucepan mein pani,tamatar,sabut lal mirch,zeera,namak aur lehsan dal dein aur ubal anay ka bad 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein phir dhak ker halki ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) phir blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein aur tez ancch per sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
Thanda ker lein.Shawarma hot sauce tayyar hai!
Prepare Beef Shawarma Kababs:
Chopper mein beef boneless,hot sauce,sirka,lemon juice,lal mirch powder,kali mirch crushed,dhania powder,zeera powder,garam masala powder,namak,tikka masala,lehsan powder aur adrak powder dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Working surface per cling film laga lein aur beef qeema mixture dal ker roll ker lein aur tightly log bana lein aur frim hunay tak freeze ker lein (6-8 hours ya overnight).
2 months kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Freezer sa nikal ker cling film remove ker lein aur knife ki madad sa thin slices mein cut ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur kabab slices ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Ab slices ko do hisson mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Vegetables:
Tawa per cooking oil,pyaz,band gobhi,shimla mirch,kali mirch crushed aur namak dal dein aur 1-2 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Tawa garam karein aur pita bread do dono sides sa golden hunay tak toast ker lein.
Assembling:
Pita bread ko do hisson mein cut ker lein aur pocket bana lein.
Pita bread mein vegetables,tayyar shawarma hot sauce,shawarma beef kabab,kheera slices,vegetables, tayyar shawarma garlic mayo sauce aur shawarma hot sauce dal ker serve karein (makes 6-8).
