Ingredients:
Prepare BBQ Chicken:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 4 tbs
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Boneless chicken cubes 400g
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-BBQ sauce ¼ Cup
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
Assembling:
-Bread slices large
-Mayonnaise
-Kheera (Cucumber) slices
-Tamatar (Tomato) slice
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
Directions:
Prepare BBQ Chicken:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,garlic paste,paprika powder,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed & whisk well.
-Add chicken & mix well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add bbq sauce,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-On a frying pan,add cooking oil,egg & cook on low flame for a minute,flip & cook other side until done & set aside.
Assembling:
-On four bread slices,spread mayonnaise,add cucumber,tomato & cooked egg on other bread slice,sprinkle salt & black pepper crushed on egg.
-Spread prepared bbq chicken on third bread slice then flip fourth bread slice over it to make a sandwich & trim edge (makes 4).
-Cut into pieces & serve!

-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Bbq sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur anda dal dein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein phir flip ker ka dosri side ko paka lein & side per rakhd ein.
Assembling:
-Four bread slices per mayonnaise dal dein,ek slice per kheera aur tamatar dal dein aur dosray slice per cooked anda dal ker namak aur kali mirch crushed chirak dein.
-Third bread slice per tayyar bbq chicken dal ker fourth bread slice ko flip ker lein aur sandwich bana lein aur edges ko trim ker lein (makes 4).
-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
