Ingredients:

-Sugar ¼ Cup

-Pista (Pistachios) 17-18

-Badam (Almonds) 10-12

-Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup

-Makhan (Butter) cubes 60g

-Milk powder 2 & ½ Cups

-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp

-White chocolate melted as required

-White chocolate melted

-Pista (Pistachios) chopped

-Chandi ka warq (Edible silver leaf)

 

Directions:

-In a grinder,add sugar,grind to make a powder & set aside.

-In a grinder,add pistachios,almonds,grind coarsely & set aside.

-In a non-stick frying pan,add milk,butter & let it melt.

-Add milk powder & mix until well combined.

-Add sugar powdered,cardamom powder,coarsely ground nuts,mix continuously & cook on low flame until it leaves the side of pan (approx. 14-15 minutes).

-Let it cool for 15 minutes.

-Take a small quantity of mixture (35g),make a ball & dip in melted white chocolate & let it rest until set.

-Decorate with white chocolate,pistachios,sliver edible leaf & serve (makes 15-16).
