In spice mixer,add cinnamon sticks,green cardamom,black cardamom,cloves,black peppercorns, caraway seeds,nutmeg,mace and grind to make a powder & set aside.

Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Ab marinated mutton dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 40-50 minutes).
Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.

Chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab cooked mutton gravy dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Garam pani aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein & serve karein.
