Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Brown sugar fine 3 tbs
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
-Cream 1 tbs (room temperature)
-Brioche bread 1 slice
-Banana 1
-Brown sugar fine as required
-Badam (Almonds) chopped
-Vanilla Ice cream 1 scoop
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add brown sugar,vanilla essence,mix well & cook on low flame until caramelized.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well.
-Turn on the flame,place brioche bread slice,coat well from both sides & cook on low flame until done (4-5 minutes).
-Cut banana from the center in half,sprinkle brown sugar & melt it with blow torch.
-On caramel toast,add almonds,vanilla ice cream,caramel sauce & serve with caramelized banana!

-Chulha bund ker dein aue cream dal ker ache tarha mein ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,brioche bread slice rakh dein aur dono sides sa ache tarhan coat ker lein aur halki ancch per paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Banana ko bech mein sa cut ker lein aur brown sugar dal ker blow torch sa melt ker lein.
-Caramel toast mein badam,vanilla ice cream aur caramel sauce dal dein aur caramelized banana ka saath serve karein!
