Ingredients:
Prepare Balochi Tikka Masala:
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Chaat masala ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Karahi masala 1 & ½ tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 & ½ tsp
Prepare Balochi Fried Fish:
-Boneless fish 750g (finger fish cut)
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil for frying
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) slit 7-8
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Balochi Tikka Masala:
-In a jar,add coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,chaat masala,black pepper powder, garam masala powder,karahi masala,dried fenugreek leaves,close the lid & shake well.Balochi tikka masala is ready!
Prepare Balochi Fried Fish:
-In a bowl,add fish,turmeric powder,all-purpose flour,pink salt,mix well & let it rest for 10 minutes.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil,place strainer,add green chillies,garlic & fry on medium flame until light golden & set aside.
-In the same oil & fry fish on low flame until golden (2-3 minutes).
-In a bowl,add fried fish,prepared balochi tikka masala,fried green chillies & garlic,lemon juice, ginger,fresh coriander,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes & serve!

-Jar mein sabut dhania,lal mirch crushed,zeera,chaat masala,kali mirch powder,garam masala powder,karahi masala aur kasuri methi dal ker lid laga lein aur ache tarhan shake ker lein.Balochi tikka masala tayyar hai.
Prepare Balochi Fried Fish:
-Bowl mein fish,haldi powder,maida aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 10 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein,strainer rakh dein,hari mirchein aur lehsan dal ker darmiyani ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakhd ein.
-Us he oil mein fish ko halki ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (2-3 minutes).
-Bowl mein fried fish,tayyar balochi tikka masala,fried hari mirchein & lehsan,lemon juice,adrak aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur 5 minutes kliya rest dein & serve karein!
