In a bowl,mash boiled potatoes with the help of the masher.
Add millet flour,wheat flour,salt,cumin seeds,red chili powder,baking soda,fresh fenugreek leaves, yogurt and mix well until crumbled.
Gradually add water and knead until soft dough is formed (approx. 5-6 minutes).
Take a small dough,make a ball and sprinkle dry wheat flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin (makes 9-10).Don’t rest the dough.
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry puri on medium low flame until golden brown.

Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker naram dough tayyar ker lein (approx. 5-6 minutes).
Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein aur atta chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (makes 9-10). Dough ko rest nahi dena hai.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur puri ko darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
