In bowl,add chicken,ginger,garlic,red chili powder,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,salt and egg and mix well & marinate for 30 minutes.
In pot,add cooking oil and fry marinated chicken until golden brown & set aside.
In remaining marinade,add gram flour,yogurt,red chili powder,salt,coriander powder,black pepper powder,yellow food color and whisk well.
Add water and whisk until well combined.
Again heat the remaining cooking oil,add prepared gram flour mixture and mix well.
Now add fried chicken and mix well.
Add water and mix well,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender and oil separates (12-15 minutes).
Bowl mein chicken,adrak,lehsan,lal mirch powder,kali mirch powder,garam masala powder,namak aur anda dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Pot mein cooking oil dal dein aur marinated chicken ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Baqi bachay hoye marinade mein baisan,dahi,lal mirch powder,namak,dhania powder,kali mirch powder aur zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Remaining cooking oil ko garam karein aur tayyar baisan ka mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab fried chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per chicken gul janay aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes).
