Ingredients:
Prepare Custard:
-Olper’s Milk 1 & ½ Cup
-Sugar 3 tbs or to taste
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Olper’s cream 1/3 Cup (room temperature)
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-Water 1 Cup
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Rose water 1 tbs
Prepare Kunafa:
-Kataifi dough 200g
-Makhan (Butter) melted 70-80g
-Makhan (Butter) soft 1 tbs
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated approx. 100g
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped as required
-Rose buds
Directions:
Prepare Custard:
-In a saucepan,add milk,sugar,vanilla essence,cornflour & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame until it thickens (6-8 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,add cream,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-In a saucepan,add water,sugar,lemon juice,rose water & mix well,bring it to boil & cook until sugar is dissolved & set aside.
Prepare Kunafa:
-Place kataifi dough on a plain surface,open its thread & cut into small portions with the help of scissor.
-Pour melted butter & mix until well combined.
-Grease 8-inches kunafa dish with butter.
-Add & spread kataifi dough & press gently to set.
-Add & spread mozzarella cheese,prepared custard & mozzarella cheese.
-Add remaining kataifi dough,spread evenly & press gently to set.
-Place a grill on stove,place kunafa plate & cook on very low flame until golden & crispy on the edges & bottom (6-7 minutes) & keep rotating the plate for even color.
-With the help of a plate flip the kunafa & cook other side until golden & crispy.
-Pour warm sugar syrup on hot kunafa & garnish with pistachios,rose buds & serve!

-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.

-Saucepan mein pani,cheeni,lemon juice aur rose water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Kunafa:
-Kataifi dough ko plain surface per rakh ker threads ko khol lein aur scissor ki madad sa small portions mei cut ker lein.
-Melted makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-8-inches kunafa dish ko makhan sa grease ker lein.
-Kataifi dough dal ker pheela lein aur gently press ker ka set ker lein.
-Mozzarella cheese,tayyar custard aur mozzarella cheese dal ker pheela lein.
-Remaining kataifi dough dal ker pheela lein aur gently press ker ka set ker lein.
-Chulhay per grill aur kunafa plate rakh dein aur bohat halki ancch per edges & bottom golden & crispy ho janay tak paka lein (6-7 minutes) & plate ko musalsal rotate kertay rahein
-Plate ki madad sa kunafa ko flip ker lein aur dosray side ko golden & crispy ho janay tak paka lein.
-Warm sugar syrup ko garam kunafa per pour ker lein,pista aur rose buds sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
