Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Chicken boiled & shredded 200g
- Cayenne powder ¼ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Dried thyme ½ tsp
- Makhan (Butter) 3-4 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
- Pakola Full Cream Milk 2 & ½ Cups
- Yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 Cup
- Mustard paste ½ tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup
- Aalo (Potatoes) peeled 1 kg
- Fresh parsley chopped
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken,cayenne powder,salt,dried thyme,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes & set aside.
In the same wok,add butter & let it melt.
Add garlic & mix well.
Add all-purpose flour & mix well for a minute.
Add milk & whisk continuously.
Add chicken stock,mustard paste,black pepper crushed,salt,mix well & cook on medium flame until sauce is thick (4-5 minutes).
Add cheddar cheese and mix well until cheese melts & set aside.
Cut potatoes into thin slices with the help of slicer.
On a greased casserole,arrange sliced potatoes,add cooked chicken,prepared cheese sauce,fresh parsley,potato slices,cheese sauce and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated oven at 160 for 50-60 minutes (on low grill).
Take out from the oven,add mozzarella cheese & bake again in preheated oven at 160 C for 10 minutes or until golden brown (on top grill).
Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

Karahi mein cooking oil,chicken,cayenne powder,namak aur dried thyme dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Us he karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Maida dal dein aur ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Doodh dal dein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein.
Yakhni,mustard paste,kali mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
Cheddar cheese dal dein aur cheese melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Slicer ki madad sa aalo ko thin slices mein cut ker lein.
Greased casserole mein aalo ka slices arrange ker lein,cooked chicken,tayyar cheese sauce,fresh parsley,aalo slices aur cheese sauce dal dein aur aluminum foil sa cover ker lein.
Preheated oven mein 160 C per 50-60 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on low grill).
Oven sa nikal lein,mozzarella cheese dal dein aur dubara preheated oven mein 160 C per 10 minutes ya golden brown ho janay tak bake ker lein (on top grill).
Fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
