Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 500g
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
Prepare Dough:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add soy sauce,hot sauce,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,black pepper crushed,paprika powder,mix well & cook until it dries up (5-6 minutes).
-Add onion,capsicum,green chilli,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
-Take a small dough (100g) & make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out into thin sheet with the help of rolling pin.
-Add prepared chicken filling in the center of the dough,add egg on chicken filling & whisk lightly.
-Now flip two opposite sides of the dough,apply water & flip two remaining sides.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry paratha on low flame until golden & crispy (makes 6).

-Soy sauce,hot sauce,lemon juice,adrak lehsan paste & paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sukh janay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes).
-Pyaz,shimla mirch,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.’
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Dough:
-Bowl mein maida,namak aur ghee dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko ghee sa grease karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Chota dough (100g) la ker ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa thin sheet bail lein.
-Dough ka center mein tayyar chicken stuffing dal dein aur slightly whisk ker lein.
-Ab dough ki dono opposite sides ko flip ker lein aur pani laga ker baqi do remaining sides ko flip ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 6).
