In frying pan,add apples (grated with the help of the garter),mix well and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
Add sugar,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved.
In mortal & pestle,add soaked rice,crush well & set aside.
In wok,add milk and bring it to boil.
Now crushed rice,cook on low flame 4-5 minutes and mix continuously.
Now add cooked apples mixture,sugar,mix continuously and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
Add pistachios,raisins,almonds and mix well.
In custard powder,add milk and mix well.
Now add dissolve custard,mix continuously and cook until custard is thick.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
In serving dish,add apple kheer and garnish with apple slices,pistachios and almonds.
Chill in refrigerator & serve!

Ab cooked saib ka mixture aur cheeni shamil karein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
Pista,kishmish aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Custard powder mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Add dissolve custard shamil karein aur custard garha hunay tak paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Serving dish mein saib ki kheer dal dein aur saib ka slices,pista aur badam sa garnish karein.
Thanda ker ka serve karein.
