Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs
- Tamatar (Tomato) pureed 2 medium
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
- Kashmiri Lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chilli powder) 1 tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
- Water ¼ cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) Hard boiled cut in slices 8-9
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
In a wok add cooking oil, onion and fry until translucent.
Add ginger garlic and mix well until light golden.
Add pureed tomato and mix well.
Add green chilli and mix well.
Add kashmiri red chilli/paprika powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, dried fenugreek leaves, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add water, mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until oil separates.
Add fresh coriander and mix well.
Add boiled eggs and mix gently.
Garnish with green chillies, fresh coriander and serve.

Directions:
Wok may tel garam karen or piaz daal kar halka fry karen.
Ginger garlic paste daal kar milayen or light golden honay tak fry karen.
Pureed tamatar daal kar achi tarah milayen.
Hari mirch daal kar milayen.
Kashmiri laal mirch powder, dhania powder, kali mirch powder, namak, haldi powder, zeera powder, kasuri methi daal kar milayen or 1 se 2 minutes tak pakayen.
Pani daal kar milayen or dhak kar 2 se 3 minutes tak ya tel alag honay tak pakayen.
Hara dhania daal kar milayen.
Boil anday daal kar namri se milayen.
Hari mirch or hara dhania daal kar serve karen.
