Trim the edges of bread slices with the help of knife.
In a bowl & shred bread slices.
Add milk,mix & mash well & set aside.
In a small jug,add sugar,milk,mix well until sugar is dissolve & set aside.
In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
Add cardamom seeds & mix well.
Add bread mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (4-5 minutes).
Now add milk & sugar mixture,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add whisked eggs,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add vanilla essence,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add clarified butter,mix well and cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (2-3 minutes).
Add cream & mix until well combined.
Add cinnamon powder,pistachios,walnuts,almonds & mix well.
Garnish with edible silver leaf,pistachio,almond & serve!

Whisked anday dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
Vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
Cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Darchini powder,pista,akhrot aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
