Ingredients:
- Aalo (Potatoes) peeled & cubes 4 medium
- Matar (Peas) 1 & ½ Cup
- Water 1 & ½ Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Adrak paste (Ginger paste) 1 tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tbs
- Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 3 tbs
- Lukewarm water 1 & ½ Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Ghee 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
In pot,add potatoes,peas and water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and boil until tender (10-12 minutes) then strain and mash well with the help of the masher.
Turn on the flame and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add cooking oil,cumin seeds and mix well.
Add ginger paste,green chilli,mix well and cook for a minute.
Add salt,coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,turmeric powder,chicken powder,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add fresh coriander,mint leaves and mix well.
Let it cool.
In a bowl,add wheat flour,salt and mix well.
Add cooking oil and mix well.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Knead dough again until smooth and divide the dough,take one small dough (115g) and make a ball.
Sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
On one side of dough,add prepared filling 2-3 tbs and spread evenly,fold one side and press to seal the edges,prick with fork,drizzle cooking oil,sprinkle dry flour,fold to make a cone shape,press gently and roll out with the help of rolling pin (makes 5-6).
On griddle,add ghee,let it melt and fry paratha from both sides with ghee.
Sprinkle fresh coriander,red chilli crushed & serve!

Directions:
Pot mein aaloo,matar aur pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur gul janay tak boil ker lein (10-12 minutes) phir starin ker ka masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
Chulha on karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Cooking oil aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Adrak paste aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Namak,sabut dhania,lal mirch crushed,haldi powder aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minute kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Bowl mein atta aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Thora thora neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 10-15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein aur dough ko divide ker lein,ek chota dough (115g) la ker ball bana lein.
Atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tayyar filling 3 tbs dal ker evenly pheela lein,ek side fold ker ka edges ko press ker ka seal ker lein,fork sa prick karein,cooking oil dal ker maida chirak dein aur fold ker ka cone ki shape bana lein aur gently press karein phir rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (makes 5-6).
Tawa per ghee dal ker melt karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa ghee mein fry ker lein.
Hara dhania aur lal mirch crushed dal ker serve karein!
