Ingredients:
Prepare Achari Chicken Filling:
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Chicken fillets 2 pieces (400g)
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Water 3-4 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Hot sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
-National Crushed Pickle 1 & ½ tbs
-Water 3-4 tbs
Assembling:
-Panini bread or bread of your choice as required
-Mayonnaise as required
-Iceberg shredded
-Cheese slices as required
-Makhan (Butter)
Directions:
Prepare Achari Chicken Filling:
-In a bottle,add paprika powder,garlic powder,pink salt,onion powder,black pepper powder & shake well.
-Cut chicken fillet from the center,sprinkle prepared seasoning,add cooking oil & rub gently on both sides.
-On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,seasoned fillets & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes then flip,add water,cover & cook on low flame until tender (5-6 minutes).
-Turn off the flame & shred the chicken fillet with the help of forks.
-In a small bowl,add tomato ketchup,soy sauce,hot sauce,vinegar,crushed pickle,water & mix well.
-Turn on the flame,add prepared mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame for a minute & set aside.
Assembling:
-Cut panini bread from the center.
-Add & spread mayonnaise,add iceberg,cheese slices,prepared achari chicken filling & cover with panini bread to make a sandwich.
-Grease a non-stick grill pan with butter & grill panini sandwich from both sides (makes 5).
