Peel potato,cut into small pieces & set aside.
In a pot,add milk & bring it to boil.
Add potato,rice,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until tender (10-12 minutes).
Add saffron strands & mix well.
On low flame,blend well with the help of hand blender.
Note: If using a non-stick pan,make sure blender doesn’t touch the bottom of pan.
Add khoya,sugar,mix well & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Add almonds,pistachios & mix well.
Garnish with pistachios,almonds & dried rose petals.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Aalo ko peel ker ka small cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
Aalo aur chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes).
Zafran dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Halki ancch per hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein.

Khoya aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
Badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pista,badam aur dried rose petals sa garnish ker lein.
Thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
