2 Dahi walay Aloo:

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 8-10

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp

4 Egg Potato Sandwich:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 2 medium
-Anday (Eggs) hard boiled 2

5 Crispy Potato Pancakes:
-Aloo (Potatoes) 4 medium
-Water as required
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 4 tbs or as required
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Potato Salad:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,mustard paste,black pepper powder,salt,vinegar & whisk well.
-Add potatoes,eggs,onion,fresh coriander,pickled jalapenos & mix well.
-Add boiled egg,sprinkle fresh coriander,paprika powder & serve!
Prepare Dahi walay Aloo:
-In a pot,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well.
-Add onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add ginger garlic paste,mix well & fry until onions are light golden.
-Add turmeric powder,salt,coriander powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add yogurt,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Crush boiled potatoes with the help of hand,add in pot & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!
Prepare Cajun Potatoes:
-In a bottle,add garlic powder,red chilli powder,salt,onion powder,black pepper powder,paprika powder,mixed herbs & shake well.Cajun seasoning is ready!
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,cajun seasoning,milk,whisk well & set aside.
-Smash/press boiled potatoes with the help of a flat bottom pan.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,red chilli crushed,mixed herbs,black pepper crushed,salt & gradually add water & whisk well.
-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil,dip smashed potatoes in prepared batter & shallow fry from both sides until golden brown.
-Drizzle prepared sauce,sprinkle onion,fresh coriander,red chilli crushed & serve!
Prepare Egg Potato Sandwich:
-In a bowl,add grated potatoes & eggs,mayonnaise,red chilli crushed,garlic powder,black pepper powder,salt,dill,fresh coriander,lemon juice,mix well & transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
-On a bread slice,apply butter on both sides,toast from both sides.
-On toasted bread slice,add iceberg,cheese slices & prepared mixture.
-Garnish with cherry tomato,fresh coriander & serve (makes 4)!
Prepare Crispy Potato Pancakes:
-In a bowl,add grated potatoes,water,mix well to remove starch & squeeze out completely to remove excess water.
-In a bowl,add grated potatoes,onion,black pepper powder,garlic powder,salt,all-purpose flour,egg & mix well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,½ Cup of potato mixture,spread evenly,cover & cook on low flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 6-7).
-Serve with sour cream!

-Pot mein cooking oil,zeera aur curry patta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Haldi powder,namak,dhania powder,lal mirch powder,zeera aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Boiled aloo ko haath ki madad sa crush ker ka pot mein dal dein,ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
Prepare Cajun Potatoes:
-Bottle mein lehsan powder,lal mirch powder,namak,omion powder,kali mirch powder,paprika powder aur mixed herbs dal ker ache tarhan shake ker lein,Cajun seasoning tayyar hai.
-Bowl mein mayonnaise,cajun seasoning aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Boiled aloo ko flat bottom pan ki madad sa smash/press ker lein.
-Bowl mein maida,lal mirch crushed,mixed herbs,kali mirch crushed,namak & thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein,smashed aloo ko tayyar batter mein dip karein aur dono sides sa golden brown ho janay tak shallow fry ker lein.
-Tayyar sauce ko drizzle ker lein,pyaz,hara dhania aur lal mirch crushed dal ker serve karein!
Prepare Egg Potato Sandwich:
-Bowl mein grated aloo aur anday,mayonnaise,lal mirch crushed,lehsan powder,kali mirch powder,namak,soya,hara dhania aur lemon juice da ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & piping bag mein transfer ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Bread slice ko dono sides per makhan laga ker toast ker lein.
-Toasted bread slice per iceberg,cheese slices & tayyar mixture dal dein.
-Cherry tomato aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein (makes 4)!
Prepare Crispy Potato Pancakes:
-Bowl mein grated aloo aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein ta ka starch remove hojaye phir ache tarhan squeeze ker ka excess water nikal lein.
-Bowl mein grated aloo,pyaz,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,namak,maida aur anda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur ½ cup tayyar aloo mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein aur cover ker ka halki ancch per dono sides sa golden brown hojanay tak paka lein (makes 6-7).
-Sour cream ka saath serve karein!
