Ingredients:
-Condensed milk 1 & ½ Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Dry milk powder ½ Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 & ½ tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Directions:
-In a bowl,add condensed milk,yogurt,dry milk powder,cardamom powder,clarified butter,whisk well & set aside.
-Grease a small baking pan with clarified butter,sprinkle almonds,pistachios & set aside.
-Microwave for 8 minutes & keep whisking at regular intervals (2-3 times).
-Transfer this mixture to greased pan & set evenly.
-Let it cool at room temperature.
Ajza:
-Condensed milk 1 & ½ Cup

-Dry milk powder ½ Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp

-Bowl mein condensed milk,dahi,dry milk powder,elaichi powder aur ghee dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Small baking pan ko ghee sa grease karein,badam aur pista dal ker side per rakh dein.
-8 minutes kliya microwave ker lein aur bech bech mein whisk kertay rahein (2-3 times).
-Greased pan mein tayyar mixture dal ker evenly set ker lein.
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein.
