Ingredients:

Ginger & Lemon:

  • Pani (Water) 2 Cups
  • Adrak (Ginger) grated ½ tbs
  • Lemon slices 3-4
  • Honey ½ tsp or to taste

Ginger & Turmeric:

  • Pani (Water) 2 Cups
  • Laung (Cloves) 3-4
  • Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-3
  • Adrak (Ginger) sliced 1 inch piece
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
  • Pink salt 1 pinch
  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Honey ½ tsp or to taste

Ginger & Black pepper:

  • Pani (Water) 2 Cups
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
  • Adrak (Ginger) sliced 1 inch piece
  • Honey ½ tsp or to taste

Directions:

Ginger & Lemon:

In kettle,add water and bring it to boil.

Add ginger and simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Add lemon slices,mix well  and simmer for 2 minutes.

Pour in a serving cup through strainer,add honey,mix well & serve.

Drink twice a day.

Ginger & Turmeric:

In kettle,add water and bring it to boil.

Add cloves,cinnamon sticks,ginger,black pepper crushed,pink salt,turmeric powder and mix well.

Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Pour in a serving cup through strainer,add honey,mix well & serve.

Drink twice a day.

Add black pepper crushed and ginger,mix well.

Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
