2 Easy Crispy Potatoes Snacks

Ingredients:

-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 3 medium

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp

-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 3 tbs

-Cornflour 3 tbs

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs

-Cooking oil for frying

-Paprika powder

 

Directions:

Prepare Potato Mixture:

-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.

-Add black pepper crushed,salt,garlic powder,rice flour,cornflour,cooking oil,fresh coriander & mix until well combined,reserve half of the mixture & transfer to a piping bag.

Prepare Crispy Pillows:

-Divide the dough into 3 portions,take one portion & roll out with hands into a thin log then cut into 1-inch small size piece & press with fork.

-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.

-Sprinkle paprika powder & serve with tomato ketchup!

Prepare Crispy Rings:

-On a baking paper,pipe out prepared potato mixture through a wide hole making a ring like shape.

-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.

-Sprinkle paprika powder & serve with tomato ketchup!
