Ingredients:
Chicken boneless ½ kg
Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
Hari mirch (Green chilies) finely chopped 2-3 tbs
Podina (Mint leaves) Handful
Hara dhania (Coriander leaves) Handful
Pyaz (Onion) Sliced 1
Bread slice 1-2
Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
Dried parsley 1 tsp
Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbs
Anda (Egg) 1
Doodh (Milk) 1 tbs
Oil for frying
Directions:
In food chopper,add chicken boneless cubes and chop well to make a mince.
Add red chili powder,chaat masala,white pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds,salt,green chilies,mint leaves,coriander leaves,onion and bread slices, grind until well combined.
In breadcrumbs,add dried parsley,salt,black pepper powder and mix.
In all-purpose flour,add baking powder,corn flour and mix.
In egg,add milk and whisk properly.
Grease your hands with oil,take chicken mixture and make a shape.
Coat in all-purpose flour mixture,dip in beaten egg then coat in breadcrumbs.
In frying pan,add oil and shallow fry until golden brown.
Chicken Kabab Nuggets is ready to serve.

Breadcrumbs mein dried parsley,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker mix ker lein.
Maida mein baking powder aur corn flour dal ker mix ker lein.
Anda mein doodh dal ker whisk ker lein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease ker ka chicken ka mixture la ker shape bana lein.
Maida wala mixture mein coat ker ka pheetay hoye anda mein dip ker ka breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
Frying pan mein oil dal ker golden brown hunay tak shallow fry ker lein.
