In glass,add basil leaves,water,mix and soak for 20 minutes & refrigerate until use.
In wok,add sugar,water and cook on very low flame for 12-15 minutes or until caramelized (don’t stir).
Add milk,mix well and bring it to boil.
Add green cardamom and mix well.
Add rose water,mix well and cook until milk is reduced to half & thickens and keep stirring in between.
Let the mixture cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
In serving glass,add basil seeds,ice cubes crushed,condensed milk,rose syrup,falooda sev,almonds & pistachios,king kulfa scoops,prepared milk,almonds & pistachios & serve!
Glass mein tukh malanga aur pani dal ker mix karein aur 20 minutes kliya bheego dein & use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
Karhai mein cheeni aur pani dal dein aur bohat halki ancch per 12-15 minutes ya caramelized hunay tak taka lein (don’t stir).
Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Hari eliachi dal ker mix ker lein.
Rose water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur doodh adha reh janay aur garha hunay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcah chalatay rahein.
Mixture ko thanda ker lein aur 2 hour kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Serving glass mein tukh malanga,ice cubes crushed,condensed milk,rose syrup,falooda sev,badam & pista,king kulfa scoops,tayyar milk aur badam & pista dal ker serve karein.
