In chopper,add green chilies,garlic,ginger and chop well.
Add chicken boneless cubes,cumin seeds,red chili powder,garam masala powder,salt,black pepper powder,fresh coriander,chop well & set aside.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,corn oil,salt and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed.
Now divide the dough into four equal parts.
Take one part,make a ball and flattened with the help of the fingers.
Pour corn oil and coat well.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour (room temperature).
Take one flattered dough and spread it with the help of the fingers.
Add mince filling and graze hands with oil,spread filling and fold the upper edges.
Grease dough with corn oil,sprinkle all-purpose flour and cut into strips with the help of the knife and fold & twist the dough.
Now spread again with the help of the fingers (makes 4).
On griddle,add corn oil and fry paratha from both sides until done.

Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Ab dough ko char pasts mein equally divide ker lein.
Ek part lein aur ball bana lein,fingers ki madad sa dough ko flat ker lein.
Corn oil dal dein aur ache tarhan coat ker lein.
Dhak dein aur ek hour kliya rakh dein (room temperature).
Ek falt dough lein aur fingers ki madad sa pheela lein.
Qeema filling dal dein aur haath ko oil sa grease ker ka filling ko pheela lein aur upper edges ko fold ker lein.
Dough ko corn oil sa grease karein aur maida chirak dein aur knife ki madad sa strips mein cut ker lein,fold ker ka dough ko twist ker len.
Ab dough ko dubara fingers ki madad sa pheela lein (makes 4).
Tawa per corn oil dal dein aur paratha ko dono sides sa fry ker lein.
