Ingredients:
Prepare Veggie Salsa:
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
- Kernel corns boiled 1/4 Cup
- Red bell pepper chopped ½ Cup
- Black olives 1-2 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
Prepare Mince:
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Chicken qeema (Mince) 250 gms
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
- Kal mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1/4 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
- Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
- Samosa sheets/Manda patti 17-18
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Veggie Salsa:
In bowl,add onion,tomato,capsicum,kernel corns,red bell pepper,black olives,fresh coriander,lemon juice,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Mince:
In wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix.
Add chicken mince and mix well until changes color.
Add red chili powder,dried oregano,cumin powder,red chili crushed,black pepper crushed,garlic powder and salt,mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes or until done.
Add prepared salsa and stir fry on high flame for 1 minute & let it cool down.
In all-purpose flour,add water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.
Take samosa sheet/manda patti,add prepared chicken filling,fold over the sides,roll up and apply all-purpose flour paste.
Prepare the remaining rolls similarly (makes 12-14).
Can be stored in air tight container for up to 1 week.
Option no.1: In wok,heat cooking oil and fry until golden brown.
Option no 2: In air fryer machine,place mexican rolls,grease with oil and air fry at 180 C for 10 minutes.

Prepare Mince:
Karhai mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker mix ker lein.
Chicken qeema shamil karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lal mirch powder,dried oregano,zeera powder,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5-6 minutes ya pak janay tak paka lein.
Tayyar salsa dal dein aur tez ancch per 1 minute kliya paka lein & thanda ker lein.
Maida mein pani dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka smooth paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Samosa sheet/manda patti lein aur tayyar chicken filling dal ker tamam sides ko fold ker ka roll ker lein aur maida ka paste laga lein.
Is he tarhan baqi rolls bhi tayyar ker lein (makes 12-14).
Ek week kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Option no.1: Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Option no 2: Air fryer machine mein mexican rolls rakh ker oil sa grease karein aur 180 C per 10 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
