Ingredients:
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Chicken pieces 4 large
- Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
- Nestle Milkpak Yogurt 1 Cup
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Javatri powder (Mace powder) 1/4 tsp
- Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) 1/4 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tbs
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2-3
- Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped ½ tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tsp

Directions:
In bowl,add ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,paprika powder,salt and mix well.
Add cuts on chicken pieces.
In bowl,add chicken pieces and apply evenly.
Give a charcoal smoke for 3 minutes and marinate for 30 minutes.
In bowl,add yogurt,cumin seeds,garam masala powder,red chili powder,mace powder,nutmeg powder, salt,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,whisk until well combined & set aside.
On griddle,add cooking oil,green chilies,garlic and mix well.
Now add marinated chicken pieces,cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
Add garlic,green chilies and turn around chicken pieces.
Add lemon,spiced yogurt,cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook uncovered for
minutes,turn around and slightly cut chicken pieces.
Add remaining spiced yogurt,green chilies,fresh coriander.
Turn around chicken pieces and cook on high flame for 5-6 minutes.
Add lemon,fresh coriander and turn chicken pieces.
Add ginger,green chilies & serve!

Directions:
Bowl mein adrak lehsan paste,lemon juice,paprika powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Chicken pieces per cuts laga lein.
Bowl mein chicken pieces dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
3 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Bowl mein dahi,zeera,garam masala powder,lal mirch powder,javatri powder,jaifil powder,namak,sabut dhania aur haldee powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
Tawa per cooking oil,hari mirch aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Ab marinated chicken pieces dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lehsan aur hari mirch dal dein aur chicken pieces ko turn ker lein.
Lemon aur spiced dahi dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir uncovered 5 minutes kliya paka lein,turn ker ka chicken pieces ko slightly cut ker lein.
Baqi bachi hoye dahi,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal dein.
Chicken pieces ko turn ker lein aur tez ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lemon aur hara dhania dal dein aur chicken pieces ko turn ker lein.
Adrak aur hari mirch dal ker serve karein.
