Ingredients:
- Simply sufi wings 1 kg
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Corn flour 1 & ½ tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
- Chicken powder 2 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 2 tsp
- Sufi cooking oil for frying
Hot & Spicy Sauce
- Sufi cooking oil 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Tomato ketchup 2 & ½ tbs
- Hot sauce 4 tbs
- BBQ sauce 4 tbs
- Oyster sauce ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tbs
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
- Safed til (Sesame seeds) to sprinkle
Cheese Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
Directions:
In bowl,add chicken wings then wash & pat dry.
Now cut chicken wings with the help of the knife & set aside.
In bowl,add salt,baking soda,corn flour,all-purpose flour and mix well.
Add egg and water,whisk well & set aside.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,chicken powder,black pepper powder and mix well.
Now dip chicken wings into egg mixture then coat in dry flour mixture.
In wok,add sufi cooking oil and heat it,fry chicken wings on medium flame until golden brown.
For Hot & Spicy Sauce:
In wok,add sufi cooking oil,garlic,red chili crushed and mix well.
Add tomato ketchup,hot sauce,BBQ sauce,oyster sauce,salt,sugar and mix well.
Add water,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add fried chicken wings and coat well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds & serve!
For Cheese Sauce:
-In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder and mix well.
-Add milk,whisk well and cook until sauce thickens (approx. 3-4 minutes).
-Switch off the flame,add cheddar cheese and mix until well combined.

Ab chicken wings ko knife ki madad sa cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein namak,baking soda,corn flour aur maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Anda aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida,chicken powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab chicken wings ko anday ka mixture mein dip karein phir dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein.
Karhai mein sufi cooking oil dal ker garam karein aur chicken wings ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak paka lein.
For Hot & Spicy Sauce:
Karhai mein sufi cooking oil,lehsan aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tomato ketchup,hot sauce,BBQ sauce,oyster sauce,namak aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Ab fried chicken wings dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
Safed til dal ker serve karien.
For Cheese Sauce:
-Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Maida dal dein aur 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
-Paprika powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker ka sauce garha hunay tak paka lein (approx. 3-4 minutes).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cheddar cheese dal ker combine hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
