Ingredients:
- Hari mirch (Green chili) 3-4
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ¼ Cup
- Podina (Mint leaves) ¼ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) fried ½ Cup
- Lal lobia (Red kidney beans) soaked & boiled 300 gms
- Baisan (Gram flour) 4 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In chopper,add green chilies,fresh coriander,mint leaves,fried onion and chop well.
Add red kidney beans,gram flour,salt,garam masala powder,red chili powder,cumin seeds,lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and chop until well combined.
Grease your hands with oil,take a mixture and make kababs of equal sizes (makes 16).
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry kababs from both sides until done.

Lal lobia,baisan,namak,garam masala powder,lal mirch powder,zeera,lemon juice aur adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur combine hunay tak ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka kabab tayyar ker lein (makes 16).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur kababs ko dono sides sa fry ker lein.
