Ingredients:
Baisan Curry:
- Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
- Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
- Kari pata (Curry leaves) 10-12
- Hari mirch (Green chili) 2-3
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
- Coconut milk powder 1 packet (50 gms)
- Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 1 Cup
- Pani (Water) 3 Cups or as required
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Kari pata (Curry leaves) 10-12
- Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cups or as required
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
Chicken Curry:
- Cooking oil ¾ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Chicken boneless cubes 600 gms
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 1 tbs
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 2 medium
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3 tbs
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Boil Spaghetti:
- Pani (Water) as required
- Namak (Salt) 1 tbs
- Kolson Spaghetti 450 gms
Assembling:
- Boiled spaghetti
- Baisan curry
- Cooked chicken
- Lehsan (Garlic) fried
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Pyaz (Onion) fried
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
- Lemon juice
- Kolson Twich
Directions:
Baisan Curry:
In grinder,add ginger,garlic,curry leaves,green chilies,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,yogurt,coconut milk powder,gram flour and water,blend until well combined & set aside.
In pot,add cooking oil,curry leaves and mix.
Add grinded gram flour mixture and water,mix well & bring it to boil.
Cover partially and cook on low flame until thickens (45-50 minutes) and keep mixing in between.
Add salt,mix well & set aside.
Chicken Curry:
In pot,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
Add chicken boneless cubes and mix well until changes color.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add coriander powder,cumin seeds,salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder and mix well for 2 minutes.
Add green chili and tomatoes,mix well and cook until tomatoes are soft (approx. 4-5 minutes).
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add garam masala powder and mix well,cover partially and cook on low flame until oil separates (15 minutes) & set aside.
Boil Spaghetti:
In pot,add water,salt and mix,bring it to boil,add koslon spaghetti and boil uncovered for 12-15 minutes the strain & rinse with tap water & set aside.
Assembling:
On serving dish,add boiled spaghetti,baisan curry,cooked chicken,fried garlic,fresh coriander,fried onion,red chili crushed,lemon juice,kolson twich & serve!

Grinder mein adrak,lehsan,kari pata,hari mirch,zeera,haldee powder,dahi,coconut milk powder,baisan aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein cooking oil aur kari pata dal ker mix ker lein.
Grinded baisan ka mixture aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Partially dhak dein aur halki ancch per garha hunay tak paka lein (45-50 minutes) aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Chicken Curry:
Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent huany tak sauté ker lein.
Chicken boneless cubes dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Dhania powder,zeera,namak,lal mirch powder aur haldee powder dal ker 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hari mirch aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein (approx. 4-5 minutes).
Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur partially dhak ker halki ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein (15 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Boil Spaghetti:
Pot mein pani aur namak dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein,kolson spaghetti dal ker uncovered 12-15 minutes kliya boil ker lein phir strain ker ka tap water dal ker side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Serving dish mein boiled spaghetti,baisan curry,cooked chicken,fried lehsan,hara dhania,fried pyaz,lal mirch crushed,lemon juice aur kolson twich dal ker serve karein.
