Ingredients:
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) large 4
- Boiling water as required
- Sufi cooking oil ¼ Cup
- Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Tomato paste 1 tbs
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
- Simpy sufi chicken seekh kababs 10-12
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
Tadka (Optional):
- Sufi cooking oil 2 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
- Curry pata (Curry leaves) 8-10
Directions:
Cut tomatoes slightly with the help if the knife.
In boiling water,add tomatoes and blanch for 1-2 minutes then strain and remove skin.
In grinder,add tomatoes,grind to make a puree & set aside.
In pot,add sufi cooking oil,green chili and mix.
Add grinded tomatoes and mix well.
Add turmeric powder,red chili powder,coriander powder,salt,cumin powder,garam masala powder, black pepper powder,tomato paste,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil.
In bowl,add simply sufi chicken seekh kababs.
Add simply sufi chicken seekh kababs,cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes & stir gently.
Add fresh coriander and mix.
Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes.
For Tadka (Optional):
In small frying pan,sufi cooking oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves and mix well.
Now pour tadka on prepared seekh kabab curry & serve!

Tamatar mein knife ki madad sa slightly cut laga lein.
Boiling pani mein tamatar dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya blanch karein phir strain ker lein aur skin ko nikal lein.
Grinder mein tamatar dal ker ache tarhan grind ker ka puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein sufi cooking oil aur hari mirch dal ker mix karein.
Grinded tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Haldee powder,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,namak,zeera powder,garam masala powder,kali mirch powder aur tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Bowl mein simply sufi chicken seekh kababs dal dein.
Simply sufi chicken seekh kababs dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & gently mix ker lein.
Hara dhania dal ker mix ker lein.
2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
For Tadka (Optional):
Chotay frying pan mein sufi cooking oil,zeera aur curry pata dal ker mix ker lein.
Tayyar seekh kababs curry per tadka dal ker serve karein.
