Ingredients:
Prepare Sweet Chili Sauce:
- Pani (Water) 1 Cup
- Cheeni (Sugar) ¼ Cup
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
- Pani (Water) 2 tbs or as required
- Corn flour 2 tsp
Prepare Chicken Hot Rods:
- Chicken fillets 3
- Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Onion powder ½ tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
- Corn flour ½ Cup
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or required
- Cooking oil for frying
- Mayonnaise
Directions:
Prepare Sweet Chili Sauce:
In sauce pan,add water,sugar,red chili crushed,salt,mix well and bring it to boil.
Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
In water,add corn flour and mix well and add it in sauce pan,mix well and cook until sauce thickens & set aside.
Can be stored for up to 1 week in refrigerator.
Prepare Chicken Hot Rods:
Cut chicken fillets length wise & set aside.
In bowl,add milk,black pepper powder,onion powder,chicken powder and mix well.
Add chicken pieces,mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,corn flour,chicken powder,paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt and mix well.
In galss,add 2 tbs of prepared flour mixture,water and mix until well combined.
Now insert skewer on marinated chicken piece and coat in prepared dry flour mixture then dip into liquid flour mixture and again coat in dry flour mixture.
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken sticks until crispy & golden brown.
Serve with prepared sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise.

Tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani mein corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sauce pan mein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur sauce garha hunay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
1 week tak refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.

Chicken fillets ko length wise cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein doodh,kali mirch powder,onion powder aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken pieces shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
Bowl mein maida,corn flour,chicken powder,paprika powder,kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Glass mein 2 tbs tayyar maida ka mixture aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab marinated chicken pieces mein skewer laga lein aur tayyar dry maida ka mixture mein coat karein phir liquid maida ka mixture mein dip ker lein aur dubara dry maida ka mixture mein coat karein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken sticks ko crispy & golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Tayyar sweet chili sauce aur mayonnaise ka saath serve karein.
