In pot,add ghee and let it melt.
Add all-purpose flour and semolina,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Add caster sugar and salt,mix well and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes and keep mixing in between.
Add almonds,pistachio,cashew nuts and mix well.
Add water,mix continuously and cook until crumbled (approx.5-6 minutes).
Add dissolve yellow food color and mix well,cook until it leave the sides of the pot (approx.5-6 minutes).
Pot mein ghee dal ker melt karein.
Maida aur sooji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Elaichi powder dal ker mix karein.
Bareek cheeni aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Badam,pista aur kaju dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani shamil karein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein aur crumbled hunay tak paka lein (approx.5-6 minutes).
Dissolve zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (approx.5-6 minutes).
