Cut cluster beans from top and bottom.
In boiling water,add cluster beans,onion,green chilies and boil for 40-50 minutes then strain & set aside.
Remove layers of each cluster beans and mash it with the help of the masher & set aside.
In pot,add cooking oil,garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add cumin seeds and mix well.
Add tomatoes and mix well.
-Add salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder and mix well.
over and cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft.
Now add mashed cluster beans,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add green chilies and mix well.
Add fresh coriander and mix well.
Garnish with green chili,fresh coriander & serve.

Guar ki phali mein sa layers ko nikal lein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein cooking oil aur lehsan paste dal dein aur 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
Zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tamatar shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,lal mirch powder aur haldee powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein.
Ab mashed guar ki phali dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hari mirch dal ker mix ker lein.
Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hari mirch aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
