Ingredients:
- Badam (Almond) 9-10
- Chanay (Chickpeas) 3 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 4-5
- Laung (Cloves) 5-6
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp
- Jaifil (Nutmeg) ½ piece
- Javatri (Mace) ½ piece
- Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
- Lehsan (Garlic) 8-10 cloves
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
- Adark (Ginger) 1 inch piece
- Pyaz (Onion) fried ¼ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ¼ Cup
- Podina (Mint leaves) ¼ Cup
- Bread slice 1
- Beef qeema (Beef mince) ½ kg
- Coconut powder 2 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 & ½ tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
- Cream 1 tbs
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
Yogurt Sauce:
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ¼ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Olive oil 2 tbs
- Kheera (Cucumber) chopped ½ Cup
Salad:
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomato) sliced 1 medium
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice ½ tbs
Directions:
In small frying pan,add almonds,chickpeas,cumin seeds,green cardamom,cloves,black peppercorns, nutmeg,mace,cinnamon stick,black cardamom and roast until fragrant & let it cool down.
In spice mixer,add roasted spices and grind well to make a fine powder & set aside.
In chopper,add garlic,green chilies,ginger,fried onion,fresh coriander,mint leaves and chop well.
Add bread slice and chop again.
Add beef mince,coconut powder,red chili powder,coriander powder,salt,raw papaya paste,butter, cream,ground spices and chop until well combined and marinate for 1 hour.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kababs onto the skewers (makes 8-10).
In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry kababs from all sides until done.
For Yogurt Sauce:
In bowl,add yogurt,garlic paste,black pepper powder,salt,olive oil and whisk well.
Add cucumber,mix well & set aside.
For Salad:
In bowl,add onion,tomato,fresh coriander,paprika powder,salt and lemon juice,toss well & set aside.
Assembling:
On paratha,add salad,cooked reshmi kebab and pour prepared yogurt sauce and wrap with butter paper & serve.

Chotay frying pan mein badam,chanay,zeera,hari elaichi,laung,sabut kali mirch,jaifil,javatri,darchini aur badi elaichi dal dein aur khusnbhu anay tak roast karein & thanda ker lein.
Spice mixer mein roasted spices dal ker ache tarhan grind ker ka fine powder tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Chopper mein lehsan,hari mirch,adrak,fried pyaz,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Bread slice sal ker dubara chop ker lein.
Beef qeema,coconut powder,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,namak,kacha papita paste,makhan, cream aur ground spices dal ker combine huay tak ache tarhan chop ker lein & 1 hour kliya marinte ker lein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker skewers per kababs bana lein (makes 8-10).
Frying pan mein cooking oil dal ker kababs ko tamam sides sa fry ker lein.
For Sauce:
Bowl mein dahi,lehsan paste,kali mirch powder,namak aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Kheera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
For Salad:
Bowl mein pyaz,tamatar,hara dhania,paprika powder,namak aur lemin juice dal ker ache tarhan toss karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Parathay per salad,cooked reshmi kabab aur tayyar dahi ka sauce dal dein aur butter paper mein wrap ker ka serve karein.
