In bowl,add caster sugar,butter,egg and beat until well combined.
Add salt,nutmeg powder,beat again & set aside.
In all-purpose flour,add baking powder,mix well and set aside.
In egg mixture,add all-purpose flour+baking powder mixture and mix well.
Gradually add milk and knead until dough is formed.
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again.
Sprinkle flour and rolled out dough with the help of the rolling pin and cut with donut cutter (makes 10-12).
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry donuts on medium low flame until golden brown.
In bowl,add icing sugar,milk and whisk until well combined.
Add food color of your choice and mix well.
Dip donuts into prepared icing and set onto wire racks to drain off excess and sprinkle with multi sprinkles immediately after glazing.

-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dhak dein aur 30 minjutes kliya rakh dein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein.
-Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa dough ko bail lein aur donut cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein (makes 10-12).
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur donuts ko halki darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
For icing:
-Bowl mein icing sugar aur doodh dal dein aur combine hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Food color dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Donuts ko tayyar icing mein dip ker lein aur wire rack per rakh dein,upper sa multi sprinkles dal dein.
